This strategic renovation to a NYC juice bar incorporates custom designed and fabricated elements by Pilot Projects to increase customer engagement, improve brand awareness and reduce construction costs. This health focused NYC brand engaged Pilot Projects to design and test new concepts that would improve customer experience at one of its prominent Manhattan locations, and eventually deployed at many other locations throughout the city.
The design strategy was to create a vibrant and inviting environment that celebrated the clients’ product and reflected their mantra: BE GOOD TO YOUR BODY. Custom interior elements were designed to transform the customer experience, the processes of engaging with the employees as well as showcase the consumption and enjoyment of the project.
The interior refresh of the space promotes customer interaction with the fixed, and movable interior elements. Opening mid-September, 2011.
