From Wall Street to workplace strategy “the future” is a big market for consultants. The problem is, we never really know what it is. We can guess, hope, predict it, dread it or create it. While we have a number of tools that help us do this, most often we look to trends or leaders. Each point to the future and each drive a different bargain; both can be very helpful and both can get us into trouble.
