Partner Forest Summit at UF24 in Rotterdam
In search of urban innovators!
At Urban Future 24 in Rotterdam, Pilot Projects and Cities4Forests hosted the inaugural Partner Forest Summit, bringing together city leaders from Glasgow, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Turin with forest experts.
This summit fostered insightful discussions on effective strategies, the challenges encountered, and how Partner Forest Programs can support broader city goals of climate action, biodiversity conservation, and social justice.
As cities globally increasingly recognize sustainable wood procurement as a key element in their bioeconomy and climate strategies, the summit provided a platform for sharing best practices and exploring ways to amplify the impact of Partner Forest Programs and Conservation Timber.
We sincerely appreciate everyone’s contributions and are energized by the promising potential for further collaboration. The progress we're making together is truly inspiring!
